By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently only ship domestically within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification with tracking information when your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout:

4. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery window after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at SonedaMayoran@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

5. Damages and Lost Packages

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please inspect the package upon reception and contact us immediately at SonedaMayoran@gmail.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and include photo evidence so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Lost Packages: In the event that your package is lost in transit, please reach out to our support team so we can assist you in tracking it down or arranging a replacement.
